Default Q Re Supersets with Full Rest when doing body side isolations

Prob a slightly confusing Q.

If the Superset with Full Rest is: Static Lunge & Two Point Single Arm bent over row.

Do I do: Static Lunge Left Leg, 60s rest, Left Arm Bent over row, 60s rest, Static Lunge Right leg, 60s rest, Right Arm Bent over row, 60s... start over again.

Or

static lunge left leg, 60s, static lunge right leg, 60s, left arm, 60s, right arm, 60s repeat

Or
static lunge left leg, static lunge right leg, 60s, left arm, right arm, 60s repeat

Its not easy to interpret this.

Thanks!

It's the last one. Complete the first exercise, both sides. Then rest, and move to the second exercise, and do both side. Rest and repeat.
