Default FLII to FLIII

When you go to the next workout (e.g. FLII to FLIII) do you keep the same weight amount as the one before?

You mean for the same exercise? You are going to have to determine what weight you need to use based on the reps prescribed. You want to use a weight that will challenge you.....that may be the same weight you left off with during your last workout, or it could be more or less if the reps are different.

I'd think the weight you used in Fat Loss II, Workouts 1-4 would be in the ballpark for what you'd start out with in Fat Loss III. You're doing 4 sets of 10-12 reps, but with the catch that you'll be doing them without resting between them.

Edited to add: You'll probably have to experiment with the weights for the 2x20 sets, but be prepared to go lighter than you might think.

You may also want to set aside a jar.. Put a quarter in for everytime you curse the authors of NROL...heh heh... You'll fill it up in no time at all and then buy yourself something nice when you've completed it..

I am going to do this. I could have put away some nice change just on the 30 second rest part of FLII. Thankfully only two more to go, one A and one B.

No wonder this stuff works, it's a beatdown. After only 15 minutes, you're crawling.
