Post Workout Sheets AVAILABLE

They're almost done. I've got the Break-in programs, Fat Loss programs, and Hypertrophy programs done. I'll get the Strength programs done soon. Help yourself - I'll post an update to this thread when I've got them all done.

Take your pick:The files are too large to attach here - sorry - you'll have to grab them from my website.

No advertising, no money, just sharing what I've done because I can.

I know the intent is good, but I had thought that the whole reason these weren't posted publicly was because of copyright, or that we don't want to prevent people from buying NROL since they can now get the workout for free (without even asking a forum member).

Someone else want to chime in on this? It's not really my decision, and I'm all for giving these to anyone who needs them.

Default A valid point

You may be right. If someone tells me that I'm violating their copyright, I will happily pull these down.

Of course, I'd expect that most of the members of this forum are here because they've purchased the book and want to talk about it.

But I could be wrong.

You are correct about the members of this forum already owning the book, but I can tell you that over the last year+ there have been many, many requests for the sheets...

I guess the decision is up to the mods.

Steven, I appreciate your enthusiasm for the book and Alwyn's programs, but you do need to pull down the worksheets.

As Paradigm noted, that is copyrighted material, and it would result in a significant material loss to me, Alwyn, and our publisher if people could get the workouts for free without buying the book.

You all know that we give away a lot of information and advice for free here, on our blogs, and via email. But the workouts are the most valuable part of our franchise, and we have a longstanding policy of not giving those away.

Thanks for understanding.

As requested, I have taken down the worksheets and PDF. If you'd like to get them from me, please PM me and I will verify that you own the book and then make them available to you.

My apologies to Lou and Alwyn, along with my appreciation.

Steven

p.s.
Anyone doing Hypertrophy I - in workout B, the Squats and Deadlifts are listed on these sheets as a superset, when in fact they are not in the book.

Default tall_drinka_h20 is right

I discovered the error in the workout sheets when I started H1B myself. I've added Strength 1, so if anyone who already got these wants to get updated versions from me, send me your email address and I'll confirm with you.
