Default Missed a workout this morning...thoughts?

No, I'm not gonna ask if I should hate myself or train twice as hard next time. My excuse (albeit a good one) is that school was cancelled today for my son (apparently -20F is too cold to go to school) so I had him at home all morning, which is my time to go to the gym. I could go tonight, but I know that come 8:30, I'll be tired and won't have the intensity or focus I need. Tomorrow is a planned cardio day (HIIT) that I'll be doing in the morning, and then Friday back to the weights (NROL FL I, Workout B).

Here's my question: Do I go to the gym tomorrow morning and do the workout that I would have done this morning, and then again tomorrow evening (about 6:45) for HIIT, then hit the weights again Fri morning for the workout I am supposed to do Fri morning? If so, how many more calories should I consume tomorrow (I'm currently getting ~2700/day for weight loss)? Or do I just say f--- it, I missed a day, I'll make it up later (which is kinda where I'm leaning now).

Thanks.

Do your HIIT tomorrow. Friday, your next lifting day, just continue on with the workout you missed (workout A, right?) and go forward from there. Each day stands alone. You can't make up for what you missed. Just continue from where you are.

I agree with Lisa. No sense in worrying over it. You had a more important obligation to take care of. Over the course of the 4-6 weeks, you'll just run 1 day longer. No biggie.
