Default Hypertrophy 2 Question

Help! I have read back through some posts and I think I am more confused than ever! I am setting up my spreadsheets for Hypertrophy 2 and I have a question about workouts A and C. The last exercises for A are the dips and the swiss ball crunches. Are these supersetted or are they straight sets? It would seem they are supersetted because in workout C the towel bicep curls are supersetted with the upper body twist. Or, are the curls and twists supposed to be straight sets? I'm getting dizzy just thinking about it!

Hi Rachel,

The dips, towel bicep curls, and all the ab work are single sets.
