Default I've finished...What Should I do now?

HI, I've made it through the entire program in NROL. My goals for this year are to continue to gain muscle and strength. I can lose the fat later!

Should I start back over with the hypertrophy / strength cycle? Or is there something else I should do?

You could pick up NROL4W, or start on a Waterbury program.

You could also go back and flip-flop between the HYP and STR programs.

So after those 52 weeks of NROL, what is the results (fat loss, increase muscle mass, etc.)?

Please share that with us.
