Default I got sick during Break-In!

Well like the thread implies I did indeed get food poisoning during the end of the Break-In. I have only 2 more workouts total in the program.

Right now I'm torn between a few choices...

1. I add 1 more week (or two more workouts) to the program and then take a 1 week break before I start Hypertrophy I.

2. I finish off the last two workouts and run right into Hypertrophy I.

3. I finish of the last two workouts and then take a week break WHICH I probably won't need because of this sickness.

I just know I'm going to cry at the loss of gains I've made in the past 3 weeks from being sick!

How long were you laid low?

If it was a week, just complete it and move on.

My last workout was the 18th and I'm going to start back up today.

Doesn't sound like you were out very long. Proceed as originally planned.

If the last two Break-In routines are too rough, then perhaps reconsider. Otherwise, a few days shouldn't be a big deal.

Agreed. Your option #2, unless your performance sucks today and next time.

Thanks for the advice everyone! Now I'll just have to see how I perform today and Saturday.
