Default training plans as PDF

Hello Guy's,

Just bought NROL and after 20 years of regular classic weights I'm about to try something new.

Just wondering whether I can download the trainings plans from the book somewhere as a PDF.

Thanks

Steve

Sort of. My site (Werkit Workout Logs) has PDF workout logs that you can print out. We just put the Break-In pages up last night with more to come. We do ask that you verify you have the book. PM me or Aoife and we'll take care of you (include your email address).

Oh and here's the page specifically for NRoL (original).

I have OpenOffice spreadsheets for Hypertrophy I and II and Strength I (well, slightly modified). It's easy enough to cut and paste to adjust it to one of the other workouts. I copy my results up each day and reprint at the end of the week.

If you want I can send them to you, just ask.

Sorry folks, we've both been off the grid somewhat the last couple weeks. Life has gotten hectic.

We're still working on things... we got NROL Fat-loss I up the other day. Fat-loss II is coming soon.

Also we've been slow on getting people their URLs to download. My next big project on the site is to automate that process so there won't be a human involved holding up the downloading... if you have the book with you it'll be near instant. Just a catch 22 of finding the time to write the code.

Anyway, thanks for the offers, but the slow part isn't typing up the text... we did that a while back into plain text files. At this point it's the design work in Illustrator and the coding on the website that's slow.
