Default been a while

Hi all,

I had been laid up for a couple months after a bicycle accident and I'm now 100%. I've been doing the break in period for a few weeks now. I'm good for 2-3 times a week now after the holidays. How long should I keep up the break in after being a serious lifter for about two years now and seeing significant gains?

Thanks,
Nick

If you've been doing Break-in for a few weeks and it is feeling too easy, move on. Otherwise stick to the prescribed duration in the book.

Do you know which plan you're going to follow? What are your goals?

Default Goals

My goals are to maintain my current weight and lose some body fat. I'm already at 8% body fat, so I was considering the fat loss program because I haven't done that yet. I'm 6'1" and around 180 lbs right now. I wouldn't say the break in program is easy right now, as I'm using heavier weights than I did the last time I did it, but I do not like how it's 2 sets of 15 every time. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest jumping to FLII, then following that with Hyp I and II. FL I is almost an extension of the Break-in, and with your experience, you should be fine going to FL II.

Default thanks

I appreciate the suggestion. I haven't done any of the Fat loss programs yet. I look forward to trying a new one.
