Default Layoff and adaptations

about a month ago, I had just finished the break in, and in the beginning of my week off before starting hyp 1, i burnt my hand a little badly..so its been about three weeks now since i've touched weights. how much strength should i expect to have lost? is it recommended i do the three week break in again?

Impossible to say how much strength you've lost, but don't worry about it - it'll come back quickly. I'd recommend doing Break-in workouts A and B 2x each, then jump to Hyp I. If you're feeeling good after doing each just once, that's fine too.

Use break-in to find out the weights you need.

Get in there and start lifting.
