Default CrossFit and NFOL

I just received my NFOL and am really excited about it. I've been following CrossFit (Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness) for a while now (about 2 months) which is based on a lot of intense circuits with a lot of the 6 basic moves. The thing is I'm not sure where to start now with NFOL. should I go ahead with the break in or start with one of the other programs (I'm thinking fat loss I)

Do Break-in A & B twice each, and if you find them too easy, jump into FL I, otherwise stick with Break-in for the prescribed length.
