Default Fat Loss routines + Anabolic Diet

Just wondering if the Fat Loss I, II and III would work well with Dr. Pasquale's Anabolic Diet.

I'm not sure if the goal of the Fat Loss routines is glycogen depletion or if that's a side effect or if it's not even related.

Thanks

Cortisol production is one consideration of the Fat Loss programs. Not sure about glycogen stores.
