Default NROL Fat Loss II Completed Comments Requested

Hello everyone. I just completed NROL Fat Loss II today at the gym. I am following the Program #1 "The Eternal Beginner" in the book which means I move on to Hypertrophy I a week from next Monday (I am taking next week off). Here is my log

Columbus_George's NROL Workout Log

Feel free to make comments. I have some thoughts in my last post in my log. I guess the biggest thing I need to work on going forward is my diet as I wasn't happy with the fat loss part. I am hoping the TNT Diet will help with that. I assume I can follow TNT while doing Hypertrophy I right?

Are you focusing too much on weight? Has your body composition changed? You said: "I am happy with the muscle increase, but not so happy about the fat that remains." If your weight is the same and you have more muscle, you have lost some fat! Measuring your bf% is only meaningful if you did it at the beginning and the end of the program, and it was done in the exact same manner both times. Did you do it, or did your PT?

Are you doing any HIIT? That will help, but most importantly, fat loss is all about diet. Doing TNT and tracking your calories and macros on Fitday will help tremendously.

Don't get discouraged, and good luck!

Congratulations on finishing FL2! When it comes to fat loss you already know that your nutrition makes the biggest difference. Adding the TNT diet to your plan is going bring the results you've been missing so far. Have fun with H1!
