Not sure if this is the correct section to log this question? I want to follow Alwyn Cosgrove's program but I'm not sure if I should buy 'New Rules of Training' or his other book called 'Afterburn'. I'm looking to lose body fat & build muscle and I want the book to include a diet plan which I know Afterburn has but I'm not sure if the NROL does.
Any advice would be appreciated.
