Default Where'd everyone go?

Pretty quiet around here this week...have we entered the summer doldrums already?

I've had the flu. I spent my entire Memorial Day 3-day weekend/vacation in bed or wishing I was in bed. I haven't managed to return to working out yet because I still feel a bit weak...and it is killing me not being able to workout. I'm hoping that tomorrow might be the day because today is my last day of medicine.

There's a lot of people over at the Training Logs and the Livin' Large Subforum participating in the 61 Day Challenge. Check it out. Any goal is allowed. Just eat clean, lift, have a plan, follow plan, have fun!

I'm getting ready to finish up Breakin on Saturday and Sunday. Then it's a week of Cardio and some light and fluffy work to learn the things I don't know know for FL1.

I'm still plugging away at HT1. Working my bicycling in has caused a few delays.

I'm very tempted to join, but since it's summer, I know there will be some afternoons on the lake enoying a few ice cold ones, a few evenings sitting on the deck with a mojito made with fresh mint from the garden, some evening campfires with the family eating s'mores, so my chances of eating clean are slim.

Then again, can I build these things into my goals?

Hi Hunter.

I've been around a bit, but mostly just posting to my Training log. One more FL-2 workout and then it's off to HT-1 workout for me.

I got a new computer, a super hot rod, last Thursday. It took 18 hours to put it together and get the OS all set up.

After which I painted my mom's house for two days.

After that, I was tired and just wanted to kill binary monsters.
