Default Elbow soreness

My wife and I do NROL together. Although she uses lighter weights, as we moved to S2 she has complained of elbow soreness which she attributes to increasing the weight she lifts. It is not a shooting pain as she lifts. But, for example, when she lowers the dumbbells on a bench press she feels it, although not when she presses the dumbbells. Or, when she pushes on the inside of her elbow with her fingers there is soreness. I don't think it is anything to worry about but she'd like others' opinions. Actually the heaviest weights that she lifts is when she helps me put the barbell on the rack attached to the bench.

I've had "golfer's elbow." It hurt like hell on the inside bone of both elbows, especially when doing chin-ups, curls etc. After a lot of icing and stretching, without much relief, Bill Hartman recommended soft tissue massage. I found someone locally who did IASTM and was pretty much cured in a month. If you search "golfer's elbow" on the Injuries Forum you can probably find the thread. Good Luck.

Edit: Here it is Golfer's Elbow
