Default 2 left in HT1....

I have the last two workouts left in HT1, but I was on vacation this last weekend and it's been one full week since I have been in the gym. I have a scheduled week off between HT1 and HT2, so should I use this last week as that, skip the last 2 workouts and start HT2 this week or finish the last 2 this week, and start HT2 next week? If the latter, do I need another week off or has everything caught up in the last week that it won't matter?

I think if you finish the last 2 workouts then start HTII without a break, you'll be fine. I did the same thing because of a business trip and a lack of a good hotel gym when I finished HTII and went to Strength I.

duffeymt, I'm sort of in the same boat. Twisted my ankle just before I was nearing the end of FL-2; so I'll be moving directly into HT-1 without the break.

Btw, how did you like HT-1?

Wow I just did HT1 - B last night and I must say..... I could not complete the bulgarian split squats/step ups pairing...I got 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 5, and 1 huge dose of reality there at the end.

Viknord, I loved HT 1, A LOT. I loved all the exercises and really liked the periodization.

Defiant, that pairing will definitely humble you. Stick to bodyweight until you can get all set/reps and before you know it, you'll be adding weight. Stick with it, those single leg exercises pay off. Enjoy!
