Default What Next?

i'm currently going through fat loss II, then will go on to three. But what should i do after III?

I currently weigh 255 pounds, I've lost 5 pounds and about 12 inches in about 2 1/2 months of lifting. So when I finsh fat loss III, i can imagine I'm still going to want to lose more wt, so should i repeat the Program with the new higher wt's that i've attained, or should i move on to something else?

Thanks

You could do HT I and continue losing weight as long as you watch your nutrition. Some variety would be good, and if you can increase your muscle mass a bit, your base metabolic rate will go up and help your fat loss goals when you start up the FL programs again.

Its too long away to plan at this point would be my guess. Is it fatloss vs strength vs bulk (hypertrophy)? Balancing all that will give you clues. My further suspicion as that unless that dictates your next step it probably doesn't make much difference which good plan from whatever good book. Breakin and Fatloss 1,2,3 has moved you a long way from where you started - course you now have the rest of your life to keep improving. Fun

If your new to lifting and eating right then doing just about any workout will allow you to lose fat. Don't worry about the title of the workout, just keep exercising regularly.

Best of luck.
