I am on my 5th FLIII workout and among other improvements I noticed that my butt is higher (since FLII probably). This is really a miracle for me! and I want to ask you guys/gals with a lot more experience than me:
Which of the FL exercises has done the trick? The bulgarian split squads or what? I need to know so I can continue with them for the rest of my life!
