Default Starting FL2 tonight...

I'm so excited. I was a good boy and took the past week off like prescribed in the book and have just been doing the intervals. It has been killing me each day, but the excitement and buildup to get back to lifting is going to push me to really make some body comp changes during the next 4 weeks. I can't wait to get off of work and hit the weights tonight....ofcourse I will probably be singing a different tune tomorrow! :p

I started FL2 a week ago, promptly came down with super upper chest infection, just recovering now - I think. I will start over, I hope, in a few days. You going to post in the training log?

FL2 is a blast. Workout A is tough, but workout B is just brutal. Don't be suprised if your heartrate goes through the roof. Mine did.

Have fun with it!

Where is this mysterious place, "Training Log", that you speak of? I think I would like to.

Well my FLII start got bumped to last Thursday because my daughter was sick. I must say that I love front squats...but I was so sore the entire weekend. I am doing workout B tonight because I could not sit down or stand up properly after Thursday's workout. I had to change some of the exercise pairings because I workout at home, so I did the Lower Body Russian Twists and I must say that they are insane. I was reaching to put my seatbelt on this weekend and I could feel effects of them.

Anyways, I know that soreness is not a complete sign of progress, but in a way, it does make me feel as though I am accomplishing something within myself.

Well B should give you a whole new set of "good" feelings.
