Rest Between Supersets
Just a quick question..how long to rest between Supersets?..
I know if (for example) you do Squats/Low Cable Rows it would look like below:
Squats
(rest 60 seconds)
Rows
(rest 60 seconds)
Squats
(rest 60 seconds)
ect..to complete the sets.
Mt questions is how long to rest before starting the next Superset?
