Default Program to coincide with Triathlon Training?

I'm about halfway through HI now (after completing Breakin and FLI) and my sprint triathlon training (the triathlon is in mid-August) is about to begin. Now, i'm going to finish up HI but i'd like to continue doing weights 3x/wk. the triathlon training is 3-4/wk. what do you guys think would be a good program to coincide with it (it involves separate swimming, biking and running but relatively short <1hr) - FLII? HII?

Thanks!

I have done BI, FL1, FL2 and I am halfway through HT1. I haven't tried HT2, but HT1 has been highly effective and a lot more friendly to me when used in conjunction with tri training than any FL program. I'd give HT2 a tri.

cool. that's what i was thinking too. seems like doing a FL routine would be in the same area of training as tri. nice pun btw
