Question some advice needed

I had completed the Break In programme, but due to a recent basketball tournament, I had to stop training weights for a while. I did not attempt any programmes on NROL yet. It's been around 6 weeks or so since I completed the Break In programme. So my question is whether I should jump straight into FL I when I come back to lifting, or should I redo the Break In programme?

I would do a week or two of break in again and see how it goes.
