Default Got a question

I just got the book and been reading it
While looking at the workouts I noticed it says "superset with full rest"
On these should I do 1 round of each exercise then rest for 60 seconds i.e. 3 squats then 3 rows then rest or the whole set then rest
Also I saw mention of someone converting the workouts and diets into excel format is there any way I can get them

Also something I was always curious about I have seen both sides of the arguments but I would like to see if I can find some factual data to back up one side of the argument
Does the soreness of your muscles have anything to do with how good of a workout you have done
I am curious since everytime I work out with a particulalry heavy set of weights I will be sore for about 3 to 5 days, but I mainly work out within 85% of my 1RM I usually go till I break form then stop which is between 3 to 5 reps
I was reading some people they say they get great gains and they are never sore
I am just wondering which ones are correct
thanks

It is possible to make gains without being sore. Do a search of some past threads about this topic - I know it has been addressed in the past.
