Default Which Heart Rate Monitor?

For Strength Training (NROL), which heart rate monitor do you suggest me?

I want something, solid, easy to use, with just the required feature, not unwanted extra.

Thanks in advance.

Polar's are always an easy and safe way to go. They range in all shapes, size and prices.

Here is a site that may help you make a better decision for what you want.

I had a Polar for a little over a year until the strap and then the watch died. Not wanting send both back to Polar for replacement batteries into the indefinite future, I switched to a Nike Triax. Though I have only had it a few months, I found it easier to use (hitting one wrong button on my basic Polar model erased the current workout) and comfortable and good-looking enough to wear as an everyday watch. I also like the big, angled, readout for use whilst lifting and running.
