Default Before and After Pics or Blogs?

Hey everyone! I am going to be doing the workouts soon myself. I love the book.

Just curious if anyone took before and after pics following the NROL? Also, wondering if maybe someone has a personal blog with pics that can be read.

I know some people think it is lame, but before and after pics and even progress pics really motivate and inspire me.

Thanks!

Here ya go man. the first picture is me about a year and a half ago, the second is me about 4 - 5 months ago.

Since then, I've been on a bulking cycle, put on 31 pounds. Now Im on a cutting mission to be very lean with a hell of a lot more muscle.

good luck.

Wow Ice! Looks like you lost a hell of a lot of weight and toned up in those pictures. At least it appears that way looking at your face, since first pic is clothed. Nicely done.

Busterk9,
You might want to read this thread with regards to your "before & after pics" question:

But I know what you mean about the motivation factor. I'm thinking about a few posters or something on homegym walls to motivate me a bit too. I may even do some drawing/painting on the walls, since I'm not finding any decent posters/print to use.
