I've been following Lifter 4 since January 1. After the first two phases, I'd lost 13lb, 2" off my waist, and 2 1/2" off my abdomen.

I'm following Adam's diet, including the pre/post workout nutrition.

Currently on FL-III. OUCH!!

Cdkrug:
Are you doing the Afterburn Intervals also? I need to ask something about that.
Thanks.
Olga.

Keep in mind, that fat loss is 80% diet and the exericse portion is the metabolism booster, so the HYP series will work for fat loss also because, hell, Alwyn is a sadist.

On FL-I and II, I was doing them on lifting days. On FL-III, ain't NUTHIN' happening after a workout, so I've been doing intervals on non-lifting days.
