Default FLII Question

I'm doing FL II and had questions about lifts that are "per leg", like the Dynamic Lunges in Workout A and the Split Squats with overhead press in Workout B. First off, I'm assuming the reps are "per leg", i.e. 12 lunges with the right leg and 12 lunges with the left leg; not 6 and 6 for a total of 12. Is that correct?

Secondly, are you supposed to rest between each leg? So it's 12 reps with the right leg, rest 45 seconds, 12 reps with left leg, rest 45 seconds then do the lat pulldown and rest 45 seconds; or is it 12 reps with the right leg, no rest 12 reps with the left leg then 45 seconds of rest?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Joe

you are right. In this case fifteen or twelve or whatever really means thirty or twenty four.

Really? I usually take a break between single-leg sets to vomit, catch my breath, and curse whatever evil genius invented such exercises..

I'm pretty sure you are supposed to vomit during the second leg. Never break for vomit!

Well, there's ideal (our goal) and then there's the reality of what actually happens! :p
