Default NROL Thank You

Lou and Alwyn,
I am not normally the kind of person to give out gratuitous compliments, but I want to tell you how awesome NROL has been. I have been lifting for about two years, with most of my focus being on hypertrophy and bulking up (I started at 129 lbs., I am now about 155). I decided to take a break from bulking, and gave the NROL strength program a try. I don't know if it is the program design or the switch to a strength routine (probably both), but the results have been great. I am about halfway through Strength 2, and my 1RM's have gone up in all each of big lifts by at least 10lbs. Also, a welcomed side effect is that I have added more noticable muscle on this program than any hypertrophy program I have ever done. Even my chest and arms have filled out, which makes me totally believe that heavy, compound lifts are way more effective than isolation exercises. So, I just wanted to say thank you for a great book and a great program.
BU
By the way, this past weekend I found out that Schuler/Cosgrove+shoveling 17" of snow=PAIN!

But on the bright side, at least the pain wasn't in your head!
