I am doing FL 1 and am finally down to the last two sessions of each workout, where the sets are 10 reps. Even though I am using heavier weight, I am finding only having to do 10 reps a relief. The sheer amount of time working through a set was wearing at 15, and I am seeing more results body comp results with the heavier weight. I have been afraid to crack the book open to see what reps FL 2 starts with!
Don't forget you should be pushing more weight on the lower rep days.

I should state that I also really agree that moving down from 15 reps is quite a relief, especially on bulgarian split squats and rotational lunges; even though it's heavier weight, I find it 'easier' to do.
Well, that's why I put 'easier' in quotes, since I still have to work hard due to the increased weight...I just much prefer lower reps since I get them over with that much quicker

I agree, but the downside is that the rest is shorter!! So he gets you coming and going!!
They suck and blow-all depends on which side of the fan you're standing on.
Yes-I consider anything over 6 reps "high" and I curse them, while loving them at the same time.

I agree. That third set of 15 reps of squats and rows or deadlifts and bench press supersets gives me episodes of Tourette's syndrome.
