Default HT! Leg Day 15 reps. I am such a wuss.

I didn't complete it! I did my 3 sets of 15 with squats and deads and started on the superset of BSS and step ups. After my first set of those I was about to throw up. I switched to BW only for the next set and did not do a 3rd set. 30 seconds rest is a killer.

I am sucking!. I did not have a good nights sleep so that could be part of it but I definately have room to improve.

The leg workouts in HT1 are absolutely the hardest workouts I have ever done. None of the rep ranges are easy.

Hang in there! As long as you improve each time, it's all good.

You're no wuss. I would bet that anyone who isn't cursing after that workout isn't using enough weight or they are cheating on the rest. It is definitely brutal.
The worst part for me was that I used the same weight for both movements. So I didn't get the excuse of changing weights to get a little extra rest.
My one suggestion is to keep the weights somewhat light on the squats and deadlifts. This will allow you to perform the superset with a little more ease.

Lol I just called you a wuss over at MH before I saw this!

Don't worry it gets worse in H2!

I did them last night, body weight, and considered quitting after the first set. I'm a bit sore today.

I'm with OldGuy, the leg workouts from H1 were incredibly hard. I loved doing them though. The trick for the 3x15 is to hold back slightly on the squats. If you go all-out on the squats, theres no way you're getting through the rest.
