Default Alwyn's a Genius!

He ended FLII-WOB with LB Russian Twists ... so you're already lying on the floor ... I literally laid there for 10 minutes before I could muster the energy to make it up the steps to get my kids out of bed!!! HOLY CRAP that was a hard workout!!!

Alwyn, glad to know that you are getting enjoyment from my pain!!
Just kidding ... I think your work is brilliant! I have the Program Design Bible and Afterburn and Afterburn II ... great stuff!! I love hard but fun workouts ...

Did FLII WOA today along with 4 rounds of Tabata bodyweight squats (20/10)followed by the Pushup (Screamers) Matrix (up to 9 push ups and back down) ... I'm still shaking and it's been 90 minutes since I finished!! LOVE IT!!!
