Default Finished NROL Strength 1

I posted it in the log section.. but maybe some people who don't go there are interested..

I recently finished Strength 1.. This is where my log starts, and you can click on "next workout" in the yellow lines to jump the other stuff.

Great program, I feel the difference before and after
