Done with FL II:)
It's a great day for me, I am officially done with FL II.
Thank you Alwyn and Lou for putting the book together and special thanks to Alwyn for the brutalizing experience. I put in some of your complexes in there, too, just to add even more AC flavor.
As far as results are concerned I feel and look a tad leaner, my strength has improved in those rep ranges, and I saw some serious hypertrophy in my lower body. I will bring that down in the next few weeks as I do a low volume program and get ready for FL III.
I highly recommend giving this a shot to anyone who feels they work hard, so they can reconsider. It ate a piece of humble pie, many times in the last 6 weeks.

Congrats Galya. I concur...FL II was the hardest program I've done to date. I'm saving FL III for after the holidays!

Great job, galya. All the programs in NROL come with a generous serving of humble pie.

That's excellent!
Galya, can you quantify your results? As well, How many sessions per week were you doing? Diet details?
Thanks

Galya, I'd love to "see" some specific changes you noted with the program ... I will be starting it on the 20th (what am I thinking ... the week of Thanksgiving?! ) I just finished FL1.

Thank you all
Gambit, I am not taking bf measurements before and after every cycle anymore; I take pictures, observe, talk to my colleagues about how I look. I jump on the scale to keep track of things, so I can tell you I put on considerable size in my legs (almost 6 lbs heavier). I expect my legs to go down after this so I am not considering this a result, but rather an adaptation step that I need to walk to get where I want to be.
I was doing 2-4 sessions a week depending on recovery (I was sick twice for 24 hours during the program and also work around a knee injury). I was also doing extra cardio on off days, so anywhere from 2 to 4 cardio sessions a week, jumprope, running or complexes. I base my selection on recovery more than anything; if I feel great I will do an intense 50 minute session with complexes and jumprope, if I feel crappy I'll do 30 minutes of SS cardio. It took me 7 weeks to get done with the program.
You can see details of my workouts and diet in my log here:
power to the legs
Julie, if there is anything specific you would like to ask me, you can always PM me.
I'll be doing FL3 probably in the beginning of next year. I am sure I will be looking forward to it then
