Default FL III

I am about to add my name to a long line of people who have cursed Alwyn Cosgrove! You evil bastard!!! I just made my first "attempt" at FL III, and while I finished 4 sets of the first giant superset without puking, I wasn't able to get through the second one. Damn you!

Cursing must be the highest form of flattery. Yes, it kicks your butt, but isn't it supposed to? When I was doing FlIII I thought, "This is what intensity feels like." If someone can think about looking at mr or mrs hottie when doing this workout, there is definitely something wrong.

Keep it up and just wait until you have completed this routine. You're going to love the results.

All hail Cosgrove!

What kind of loads were you using. I always recommend going light for the introduction to FLIII to avoid the puke factor. LOL

I made the mistake of using too much weight for FL III on my first try and I had to clean up the gym floor. I figured it was a good way to have a break!

Yes, I guess in some gyms it has to be renamed according to its use.

That is one of my biggest peaves at my gym. You can do curls ANYWHERE, squatting you can really only do in a rack. More than once I have lost a squat rack to a guy who thinks its a super fancy curling station. URRRRRGGGHHHH.
