Default Underdeveloped pecs/shoulders

i have underdeveloped pecs and shoulder muscles, the legacy of two shoulder operations.

I am currently doing H2 after completing H1. In order to even things up in terms of my pecs/shoulders should i alter the frequency/intensity of these elements of my workout, or will they balance out eventually. Further, if adding some exercises to my routine would help, does anybody have any suggestions??

Cheers

Hard to say. In general, your body will develop relatively proportionally, to a point. Obviously, excluding parts will leave them lacking, but once those parts gets worked again, they should do some catching up.

Plus, you wouldn't want to overwork and exacerbate whatever was wrong with your shoulders, before.

What are your stats. Age, height, weight, experience in lifting, etc.

Welcome aboard, too.

in theory they will be your limiting factor in lifts that incorperate them (ie most upper body lifts), so you're not going to be able to push harder than what your chest\shoulders allow, so they'll be working proportionally more than the other muscles on those lifts, so they'll grow faster than the mucles that aren't be stimulated as much.

Thanks guys,

My Stats: 22y/o, 6'2, 185lbs, been lifting consistently all year but prior to that pretty inconsistently, off and on for 5 years. Just trying to get into shape for sport.

I am not too concerned about hurting my shoulders, according to my ortho they are better now than ever. It is just frustrating because visually it is noticable but also i am always relatively behind people i work out with.
