Question Days Off Question

Recently started the NROL and after performing FL2, I am in FL3. My question is this, if anyone has any insights. My schedule is a bit odd and I have access to a gym 4 consecutive days a week, with no access on the other days. My question is this. I know that Lou advocates not training two days in a row, but how destructive and counter-productive would it be to work out 4 days in a row and then take two off. Would it defeat the purpose, and am I just asking to be overtrainined?

The workouts are tough, but it is certainly the best program i have ever been on.

Welcome to the forum! I agree with you, NROL is awesome.

4 days a row is too much, especially on a killer program like FL3. Lift 2 days, take a day off, and lift the next day. On the off day you can do some kind of exerciser, maybe the interval program in the book.

Default OK

Just did FL3 A-B on Wed-Thurs, I am pretty beaten up. Will do the interval program tommorow and do A again on Sun.
Has anyone else encountered this situation. I am six feet tall and weight 206 as of this morning. My weight has not moved at all after FL 2 and in FL 3. I know muscle weighs more than fat, and these workouts ARE tough, but it seems unlikely that I would be gaining so much muscle while simoultaneously losing fat. Has anyone else encountered such a connundrum.

You may have hit a plateu. Check your weight ratio you are using and also how your diet is doing. If you have been eating alot of salt you might be retaining water more. Lots of variables to consider.

Me I love my micro-brews with my buddies on the weekends so I stay right around 17%BF and am happy with it...

Perhaps you need to shake up your diet a bit, try a different protocol.
