Default A Few Nutritional Questions About "NROL"

Ok, so right now I'm in the process of figuring out my daily calories. However, I could'nt find how many calories I need to gain weight . I know how many I need to maintain, but how about gaining weight? Should i go with what Lou said about adding "5 to 10 calories per pound"? And I have two other questions:
How many grams of protein should I eat per day? 1 pound per BW?
How many grams of carbs? I figured I'd substract the total of protein and fat calories, and the rest should come from carbs. Am I right here?

just start by adding 250kcal per day to your maintenance is a good way to start. then check your weight every two weeks to see if there is any gain. If not, just up the cals again by 250. Rinse and repeat.

protein? at least 1g per pound of BW is what's generally recommended. at least 30-35% of your cals should come from fat, and the rest can come from carbs. This is a generalised recommendations however. Feel free to increase or lower the carb percentage depending on how your body responds
