Default I got the blues Lou.

I've been literally pimping NROL for a while now and I still feel that so many(everyone) needs to read it so I'd stop getting into argumetns about curls and the whole Joe Weider nonsense that every lifter reverts back to instinctively like cavemen to fire. On the plus side, my mother finally got herself on tract to lose weight. She is seeing a specialist who had her drastically change her diet and lifestyle. He makes her enter everything she eats into a palm pilot daily and give her caloric macro and micro breakdowns daily. I made her buy NROL after my stubborn dad wouldnt and she loves it so far. Shes starting to try to get into weights now that she is getting lighter and more motivated. Its been 4 weeks and shes down 10 lbs. 8 of fat and .9 of LBM. Knowing that she is reading NROL really gives me hope she will continue progress. Just another thanks to you and Alwyn.

That is great to hear! Kudos to mom for making the changes and to you for helping her.

Why are you so concerned about what other people do? If someone asks for your help, then by all means, recommend NROL. But you shouldn't be forcing feeding your opinions to anyone.

I stand by want I say when I said everyone should read it. As for the people im "forcing" it on are my family members and close friends. That is why im concerned. When my dad will go to the gym and curl cause his old trainer told him to yet never squat I feel he needs to be force feed material that can explain things I and his old trainer never could, regaurdless if he asks. If I do nothing its worse than trying to get them to simply read a book.

That's a key bit of information. From your original post I got the impression you were the guy making rounds in the gym critisizing everyone's workout, and starting arguments with strangers. There's nothing wrong with passing along lifting advice to family.

Hey Steve. Most of the people you are arguing with can't read anyway.

That's why Muscle and Fiction has so many pictures of oiled up guys doing curls.
