Default Adding volume to push ups in Break In

In order to set a new record from my last workout in pushups, should add weight or do more reps in the 2x15?

Neither. Just do the 2x15. Otherwise, you'll have to do something different for the 3x15s in later workouts programs.

If the pushups are really easy for you, you can go slower to make them harder, or elevate your feet and do decline pushups.
