Default HIIT during Hyper phases?

After FLI and II, my plan for the rest of the year is HI, HII, and FL3.

I did HIIT during but stopped with I started HI.

The bullet: I'm eating better, and while I haven't really lost much weight, I've lost enough of my waist to begin to contemplate the next size smaller pants. Yea Me!

Anyway, I'm a good bit fatter than I'd like to be. I'm wondering if I should I should continue doing HIIT even though I'm not doing FL-specific workouts now.

Same day or alternate days?

I'm not doing NROL but a couple HIIT sessions a week wouldn't be a problem. I couldn't imagine doing HIIT right after a lifting session; for me that'd be REALLY hard.

After workout B, I'll spend 15-30 minutes on a treadmill to move some lactic acid out of my legs. I walk at a fairly brisk pace, but nothing like HIIT or anything that would elevate the heart rate much.

What are your goals? If you want to lose fat, carry on with the HIIT and use HI as muscle maintenance. If you want to get bigger you could still do the HIIT (if you wanted, heh) but ensure it doesn't cut into any gains.
Having done HI, I personally wouldn't want to be doing HIIT...

I wouldn't suggest doing HIIT after any workout - but on its own only.

At the very best I might contemplate HIIT later afternoon/night after a light morning workout.

my vote would be do it on days the "A" days for a while and see how you feel. If you want to do them on the "B" day I would use a bike or something like that. Running after the leg days, especially the 3x15 day is just tough and might lead to injury.
