Break In Program Sheets
Not sure if these look okay or if they would work but gonna give it a shot... Any opinions?

I don't understand your charts. Why does it list the "workout" and the number goes up to 10?
If 4 weeks at 2 workouts a week, shouldn't it go to 8? Or are you doing this for 5 weeks?
