Default Should I or shouldn't I??

I apologize if this has already been asked, but should I buy this book? (I am female) Or should I wait until the women's version comes out?

I'm also female and I bought the book. I figure the principles are all the same, and I think Lou would agree. The only adjustments I've had to make are for upper body strength, relative to men. So for example in the book, there are a few exercises where Lou and Alwyn might have the male reader start with an Olympic bar for some kind of overhead press but I had to start wtih dumbbells or barbells to accommodate for that. No biggie.

I highly recommend the purchase!

Great, skim, thanks. I think I'll order it.

I bought the book and my wife is doing the program with me. With great results too, I might add. However, she's looking ahead to the T-pushup and is pretty sure that she's not going to be able to do more than a couple of those. What can she do in place of the those?

To emphasize core stabilization she could do a scap pushup instead of the full pushup, then turn into the T position on each side.

To emphasize the push portion, she could do them on an incline (like the Smith Machine bar set at about knee or thigh height).

I actually had the same issue and I just did what T-pushups I could followed by regular push ups. I can't figure out how to link to the question (in the NROL forum) but the header was about adjusting for upper body weakness. Check it out.
