Default NROL Hypertrophy? Should I do it?

I just finished reading the book about a week ago and I am getting ready to stop the fat-loss cycle and put on some mass.

How do you guys feel about the workout? I am trying to decide between this and CW's HSS-100 or jumping into EC's Offseason Training manual when it gets here. Also I am thinking of giving CB's Mass Fusion workout.

I have never been able to cut down below 10% ever. No matter how hard I try and how clean the diet and harcore the training is. So I am just got to say fu** it and put on some muscle for once.

Let me know what you think.

You're going to make this decision BEFORE talking to Cassandra?

Something tells me she might have an opinion on how to "clean up" your diet a bit further and get you to 10%.

Make sure it's in the fitcast, man. I need that help, too.

I've never been able to get under 10%, either. Or 11. Or 12.

I'm enjoying hypertrophy 1 - results wise I'm not really sure - I haven't been very careful about measurements - but anectdotally, it's kicking my ass and I look better in the mirror!

Kev,

I recently did 6 weeks of CT's HSS-100 and it was great. The varying rep ranges and different exercises made it a lot of fun too. Plus it is a lot of volume so you need to eat a bunch (pumping up the G-flux). So as long as your diet is clean you should see positive body composition changes.
