Question Hypertrophy 3 Questions

I have my last workout in Hyper 2 tonight and and then after a week off I will start Hyper 3

Just looking through workout A it has a superset for Dips and Dumbell Clean
but for workouts 1,4,7,10 it has 0 sets 0 reps , is this a typo or is it correct??,
without them it looks like a pretty long workout (2min rest between sets)
i thought maybe that was the reason, but i cant imagine AC making life that easy

thanks
mark

I took a look in the book and I don't think it's a typo. I think in those weeks you don't do that lift. It also says n/a in the next column. I doubt there'd be two typos on the same line.

Sorry, I've been slow on this forum.

Lisa's right: It's not a typo.

When you're doing 6 x 4 workouts in H-III, you're doing 24 sets of barbell rows, bench presses, chins, and push presses. That's plenty. You don't need to add dips and cleans to that.

That said, those days in which you're doing 5 x 8, you end up doing 30 sets of 8 reps. Those are some tough workouts.
