Default FL III -Surgeon General Warning

WTF... Did the 1st workout this past Tue. and it about killed me, and I only did 3 sets in the 1st giant set.. Curse you AC & Lou ! Doing workout B this eveing... Not sure if this is a fat lost or a life lost program!!!

As I said at the summit, the NROL Fat Loss workouts are vomitastic.

Bill Hartman responded and said that was a good physiological response, and said something or other about metabolic rates or hormone levels or sumptin. Guess you'll have to buy the DVD to see for sure.

Be sure and finish the workout! At last I know why they have the little pink dumbells in my gym for now...

I think the girls in lycra on the stepper in front of the squat cage only make the exercises harder anyway...
