Default Question for Schuler or Cosgrove

I just bought your book and I am starting up the break-in period.

My question regards the two-point row with elbow out. Would it be incorrect to arch the back when doing this exercise, getting used to having good form for heavier weights and similar lifts?

I know it doesn't explicitly say to arch it, but is there is any speciifc reason why not to.

You don't want to deliberately create a deeper arch so much as maintain your body's natural arch when you're bent forward at the hips.

Creating too deep an arch would be considered lordosis, and that's a bad habit to get into -- you'll arch too much on squats and good mornings, and put your pressure on your spine than you should as you get into heavier weights.
