Default FL II Company Gym Adaptations

My company workout room has no barbell and no long bar, which means I need to adapt FL II a bit.

Here's my thoughts:

Barbell Push Press
No barbell, and I just finished doing DB Push Press in FL I. Substitute DB military press. Not as dynamic, but I can concentrate form and it's relatively unstable, which is a weak spot for me.

Snatch Grip Deadlift
Can't make a grip distinction on DeadLift (see above), so no "snatch grip." Substitute Db Deadlift with Shrug to bring in the traps.

Wide-grip seated row
Only "long bar" is rigidly fixed to an overhead machine that ALWAYS leaves me sore, so no long-bar seated rows. Seated cable rows with elbows out ala the Breaking three-point rows.

What do you guys and gals think?

Thanks

CD

It looks good. I would keep the push press though

I'm thinking I've been doing it for 4 weeks and I probably should change it up, just for my adaptation's sake.

I love doing it--though explaining to someone, that, no, I'm NOT cheating, that IS the technique gets old . . .

Are you thinking that the rep change is enough of a changeup to muck up my body's adaptations?

Your body adapts to reps, then exercise selection. Keep it in there

Well, since you lift heavier than I do, I'll try it your way.

Thanks.

Are you joking?
My push press is miserable (but I'm working on it, so watch out)

Well, as a gal, you're doing nearly what this guy does, so yeah.

ARRRGH . . .forgot about Front Squats:

Took a few tries, but I managed to find a good perching place on my shoulders.

I suppose it's "Fortunate" that I won't be outgrowing the corporate dumbbells any time soon.
