Default Fat Loss III Dilemma

Hi Everyone,

I am finishing Fat Loss II and things are going okay, I feel a lot stronger but haven’t lost any weight. I chose NROL to help me loose the fat, looking in the mirror tells me that it’s working, however, I didn’t want to get any bigger and it seems like there’s nothing I can do to stop putting on muscle.
I am about to begin Fat Loss III after my one week rest. After reviewing the program I have determined that there is absolutely no-way I can make “Giant Sets” work in my gym. It is completely impossible for me to reserve the cable machine while working in the squat rack, my gym only has one of each and tends to oversell their memberships.
Lou what do you suggest I do to keep things going?

1) consume less calories you cant get bigger if you dont eat them

2) get a personal trainer, often they take precedent or are more persuasive in getting people of of machines that are hogging it

3) and the most obvious try and change yuor gym work out times to an off peak hour

If you have a squat rack and a bench you can just about do any exercise (or it's substitute). If it's that hard to go from machine to machine, just commandeer the squat rack for your entire workout

That's what I did....subbed bent over rows for low pulley rows, put the bar at the top of teh squat rack for the chins and used the bench wth this for assisted wide pull ups instead of lat pull downs...

Worked fine, But the workout is the Devil!!!
