Default Substitute Exercises for Strength I

Finally moving to Strength I in the next few days.

My gym has no barbells, just a huge stack of dumbells. So far i've just done all the exercises with the dumbells, and everything has worked out fine.

Anyways, here's the exercises I need replacements/have questions on:

Back Extension (we dont have a roman chair in my gym) any suggestions?

Good Mornings - can these be done with dumbells resting on shoulders? (carefully?) or suggested replacement?

Good mornings can be replaced with SLDLs. Basically the same motion as the good morning, except you're holding dumbbells in front of you.

Back extentions can be done on a swiss ball. Move the ball to near the wall. Put your feet against the wall and you have your own roman chair.

Good mornings with dumbells will be fine.
